To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns and Exchange of any Bingette Beauty product is only possible under the following conditions :

  • Damaged Goods: If your product is damaged, please contact contact@bingettebeauty.com within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged product includes cracks or malfunctions with the wand or tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when the wand is removed and gloss is displaced around the tube, or slight color differences which might be seen due to everyone’s mobile devices having different color and lighting settings. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and video or pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive replacement or refund.
  • Lost package: Please double check your address before purchase. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to sender by carrier. I check returned packages once a month. Buyer will be refunded when the package returns to sender. We will not offer “reshipping” on returned packages. I will not refund for refusal of package due to these fees or for packages that are lost.
  • Handmade nature of items: Please be aware that the current items in my store are handmade. When you remove the wand from the tube, a void will be visible.This can cause the gloss to not look full. Gloss tubes are slightly larger than ml of gloss to account for space for wand and small air bubbles in gloss. We weigh each gloss in its packaging before shipping and will not ship anything under 4ml of gloss.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
